Holiday Fitness Tip, Holiday Shape up

During the holiday season it is doubly important to stay on your exercise and dietary program.
The key is to make the time to do your workout. One option is you have a problem getting to the gym on a regular basis is to do your work out in the morning before work. Waiting to do your work out later in the day, all matter of things can happen that will cause you not to be able to workout.
The optimal time for a work out is about 45 minutes, beyond that most people tend to waist time. It is best to keep the workout quick and fun.
I recommend doing weight baring exercise every other day and aerobic activity almost ever day. The key to developing the program is to start up slow and build up slowly to the above mentioned info. Remember before starting any program you should consult with your doctor especially if you have a medical history or illness.
